There is a minimum of two nights booking at any one time - some properties are available on a weekly basis only.

Linen and towels are not supplied.

Deposit of 50% is required within one week of making booking to secure the property.

Tariffs are subject to change without notice unless a deposit has been paid.

ALL properties are non-smoking within the building/s.
